Hola amigos y amigas!

Muchas gracias!

Hello friends!

I am Jesús González Gutiérrez, director and founder of the Oaxaca School of Muralism, a space dedicated to the art, creation, and teaching of Fresco Mural Painting, where people from all over the world come to create their own Fresco Mural.

After more than 10 years since its founding, the Oaxaca School of Muralism could disappear due to gentrification, the ambition, and the insensitivity of entrepreneurs who want to convert our cultural space into a Boutique Hotel.

Your support can help with the new construction of the School of Muralism.

With much hard work, sacrifice, and the help of our families, we have acquired a plot of land in Huitzo, Oaxaca, where we want to build our new school: completely sustainable, ecological, and far from these insensitive people who want to destroy our cultural and artistic legacy.

With your help, we'll make it happen. We just need the resources to start building with organic, natural, and sustainable materials: stone, adobe, brick, bamboo, wood, lime, and earth.

And everyone is welcome to contribute their helping hands to the construction, creating gardens, vegetables, and a rainwater harvesting system, planting trees, and, of course, enough walls for our frescoes.

Thank you very much!
